Peptide Testing Services
Comprehensive QC testing for research-use peptides. Our standardized Full QC Panel covers purity, identity, endotoxin, heavy metals, and sterility, delivering verified results in 3 to 5 business days. All five tests are also available individually as a la carte options.
Complete Quality Control in One Submission
Our Full QC Panel is the most popular option for peptide testing. All five tests are bundled into a single submission with preferred pricing and faster turnaround.
Purity & Quantitation (HPLC)
USP <621> / Reversed-Phase HPLCReversed-phase HPLC analysis for peptide purity assessment and active content determination. We report both purity percentage and quantitative content per vial.
Identity Confirmation
LC-MS Molecular Weight ConfirmationLC-MS based molecular weight confirmation to verify peptide identity. Results confirm the expected molecular ion matches the target compound.
Endotoxin (USP <85>)
USP <85> Kinetic Chromogenic LALKinetic chromogenic LAL method for bacterial endotoxin quantitation. Results reported in EU/mg with full method documentation on the Certificate of Analysis.
Heavy Metals (ICP-MS)
ICP-MS / ICH Q3D Elemental ImpuritiesMulti-element screening for residual metals commonly introduced during solid-phase peptide synthesis, including copper, zinc, iron, and lead.
Rapid Sterility Screen (DNA Microarray)
DNA Microarray Rapid DetectionDNA-based microarray platform for rapid detection of a broad panel of microbial contaminants. Results available in days, not the traditional 14-day incubation period.

Minimum 10 mg per sample
The Full QC Panel requires a minimum of 10 mg of material to complete all five tests across the different test groups.
3 vials recommended per sample
We recommend sending 3 vials per sample to ensure sufficient material across all test groups (HPLC/ICP-MS, Endotoxin, Sterility).
Under 10 mg? Send 4 vials
For samples under 10 mg, we recommend sending 4 vials per sample to ensure adequate material for all analyses.
Lyophilized powder preferred
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder is the preferred sample form. Reconstituted solutions are also accepted.
